Staff generally pleasant and helpful. Not enough seemed to have the level of English one would generally expect of staff in a 5 hotel. Spa very pleasant. There is a medical shop available next to the hotel premises and on the main road next to the bus stop, you have eatery joints. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in an almost central area of the city where everything is so nearby. My hotel room was on the top floor which had a huge balcony and from where I had a grand view of acropolis by night, it was just amazing :).
